This educational program aims to address and challenge gender stereotypes and biases, promote gender equality, and explore the impact of gender expectations on individual life choices and societal structures.

We organized interviews with female teachers and engineers to share how they tackled gender inequalities along their career paths, inspiring the girls in our program to reach their goals with newfound confidence.
